The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DrTrim.io and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit to the Service.
5. Data & Analytics
When someone clicks one of your short links, we collect the visitor's IP address, country, and city for the purpose of providing analytics to you. This data is associated with your link and accessible via your dashboard and API. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. API Usage
API keys must be kept confidential and must not be shared or committed to public repositories. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are found to be misused or exposed. Rate limits may apply to API usage to ensure fair access for all users.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
