Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Free plan requires no payment details whatsoever. Create an account and start shortening links right away.
What is the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro ($10/mo) is aimed at solo creators and developers: unlimited links, 90-day analytics, CSV export, 5 API keys, and priority support. Business ($30/mo) builds on top of Pro and adds a custom domain, team members and roles, webhooks, and unlimited API keys.
What happens when I reach 50 links on the Free plan?
You can delete existing links to free up slots and keep creating. If you regularly need more than 50 links a month, Pro gives you unlimited links with no cap.
Do guest-created links count toward my 50-link limit?
No. Guest links (created without an account from the homepage) are not attributed to any account and do not affect your monthly quota.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves you 25%: Pro goes from $10 to $7.50/mo and Business from $30 to $22.50/mo. You pay once a year upfront. Monthly billing is also available with no long-term commitment.
Can I export my analytics data?
CSV analytics export is available on Pro and Business plans. The Free plan shows up to 7 days of click data in the dashboard but does not include export.
What is a custom domain?
On the Business plan you can use your own domain (e.g. go.yourcompany.com) for all your short links instead of drtrim.io. Your branding, your domain. Analytics and QR codes stay in sync.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty and no questions asked. Annual plans are billed upfront but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
